Helpr Running Free Service Camps in the Flood Affected Areas of Chennai

Chennai, November 20, 2015: Helpr, a technology platform that provides on-demand household services, is offering free electrical, carpentry and plumbing repairs in flood affected areas across Chennai for a week. This initiative will be provided for all the government and non-government run agencies for the under-privileged. The sole intent of this program is to help the people come out safely from the widely affected calamity.

Helpr is sending out a request to all the residents of Chennai to call their hotline number and inform them of any such organisation in need of assistance.

The relentless heavy rains have caused huge damage to many buildings, properties and houses. Through this week-long service camp, the Helpr team will be open to take calls and emails from any schools, hospitals, old age homes, shelters or orphanages that require immediate electrical, carpentry or plumbing repair assistance.
