Bangalore June 1, 2015:  Quess Corp Ltd, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a minority (49%) stake in Transfield Services (Qatar) WLL (TSQ) from Transfield Services (International) Pty Ltd., subject to regulatory approvals and conditions precedent to the closure.

Post closure, TSQ, primarily operating in the oil & gas market in the State of Qatar, will be the local entity vehicle for the industrial asset management division (Hofincons) of Quess Corp Limited
